2022 is the second edition of our dinners under the stars, with new editions and new locations on the program.
The peregrinations start near Lille at the Manufacture Encuentro. These masters of eco-responsible chocolate open the doors for us for two consecutive dinners. Imagined, designed and organized in co-production with Les Sublimeurs, these two cocktail and seated dinner evenings will be a visit to the world of chocolate, products from the Hauts de France region, and local gastronomy. Two chefs are at the helm. They are young, talented and proud of their region. Diego Delbecq Diego & Ismail Guerre-Genton have planned an iconic dinner at their respective restaurants. They also created four-handed dishes for the occasion, combining their respective talents. Dinner will be proposed by Camille Pailleau. You will discover Encuentro chocolates during the visit, then on your plates, and not just at dessert time!
For the second consecutive year, we are bringing you to the vineyards of Saint-Amour at Ma Chambre in Saint-Amour. Two chefs offer you two very different menus. On the first evening, Masafumi Hamano, two Michelin stars, offers you a dinner with signature dishes such as pigeon or the Saint-Amour dessert, cooked by the pastry chef of the restaurant Au 14 February. On the second evening, it was the turn of Sébastien Chambru, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, to delight the guests with a seasonal menu. The Saint-Amour cru is once again a partner of these dinners. Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the accordion, the sweetness of the wines, and the breathtaking view.
The third dinner to close the season will take place in the 93 near Saint-Denis, at the gates of Paris. Chef Alessandra Montagne, godmother of the Parti Poétique association, will offer you a dinner based on vegetables that grow on site. A cuisine inspired by Brazil, where the chef is from, with French and Asian touches. The wines chosen for the occasion are those of the Domaine des Pierrettes, a wine from the Loire.
We ended the year with a very special performance at the town hall of Saint-Denis, for the city's candidacy to become European Capital of Culture.
In 2023, à la belle étoile plans to make more tailor-made dinners for companies, seminars, product launches or customer dinners! Because it is always pleasant to be around a table.
