La Vieille Ferme de Grasse

In an exceptional setting, in the French Riviera, in the capital of perfume, we have found a little paradise. An old 18th century farm building located in Grasse, in the hinterland of Provence, transformed into an ecological guest house.

The owners of this ecological guest house with charming rooms, Priscilla and Lorenzo, work only with local producers and craftsmen. These producers are invited to participate and present their products during the Sunday market and picnic.

Some of the products will be selected for the immersive dinner on Saturday evening which will take place on the shaded terrace of the building.

Come and live a confidential moment, under the shade of the olive trees.

Chef Jacques Chibois

Chef Jacques Chibois is an emblematic figure of French gastronomy. His parents were farmers - millers on his father's side and farmers on his mother's side - and he is very sensitive to the land and the products found in his region, such as truffles, chestnuts, ceps, etc. He grows vegetables in the garden of the magnificent Bastide Saint-Antoine, which he has been managing since 1996.

His love for nature, his commitment to the region and his award-winning cuisine, including the Michelin guide, have made this great chef an ideal guest and ambassador for this first edition of A la belle étoile en Provence.

After a business school and a beginning of career in finance, Priscilla stops everything to dedicate herself to her passion: pastry making. After obtaining a CAP in pastry making, she also trained at the Paris Bakery and Pastry School, and then strengthened her experience in the field in Paris and Antibes. For the past year, she has been investing with her husband in La Vieille Ferme de Grasse, which they are renovating into a guest house with a "sustainable tourism, zero waste and homemade" positioning. Priscilla prepares tailor-made dinners for her guests.
